THE FLETCHER WILDLIFE GARDEN (FWG) is a long-term project of the Ottawa Field-Naturalists’ Club. It is located on a site that is only minutes from the centre of Ottawa.
This blog provides an opportunity for FWG volunteers to share observations, ideas, and what we have learned about local wildlife and gardening. Please contact us if you have stories or photos to contribute.
The Fletcher Wildlife Garden is named after James Fletcher, the first dominion entomologist and a founding member of the Ottawa Field-Naturalists’ Club.
